Abberley House

Arrival is from 330pm and departure is at 1030am
Bed linen and towels are provided.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable to secure the booking.
Full balance is payable 8 weeks before the booking.
For the House rental, we ask for a £150 deposit to cover for any breakages/damages - this will be refunded once the property has been fully inspected and no damages/breakages have taken place.
Well behaved pets are allowed in the Lodge for a charge of £20 per animal per stay - sorry but pets are not allowed in the main house.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
We try to make sure that all appliances and fitments are in good working order, but cannot guarantee their availability at all times.
No smoking is allowed inside the properties.
Holiday insurance is recommended but not a mandatory requirement for booking the properties. However no money can be refunded if you cancel as you are legally bound to pay for a holiday you cancel.
